For some reason, people believe that anxiety sufferers are crazy..
People believe that depression is not that serious.. and can be overcome by a positive outlook.
People believe that sufferers of mental health are just “too sensitive” or “not that strong”
People believe that mental health sufferers are weak minded
Let me just tell you, if you can LIVE with Anxiety, depression, etc. You are so strong.
If you can overcome that anxiety attack.. if you can overcome even just seconds of that horrible pit of misery that depression gives you, you are so strong.
You don’t need to toughen up, Buttercup. You are living, and sometimes that’s the toughest thing to do. 💓
